Return PolicyWe want you to be pleased with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes what you ordered is not what you expected. If this occurs, in most cases, we will offer you a full refund of your purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee, with the following conditions:
All returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment date.
All returns must be unused and in the original packaging.
Returned fabrics must not be cut.
Returned items must be shipped at customer’s expense, and shipping charges are not refundable.
In all cases, you will receive credit for the item when we receive it. If returned items are damaged or lost in transit, we cannot grant a refund.
Please contact us before sending the return back to us. We will not accept returns without authorization. To get a return authorization, contact us by e-mail and include the return number we sent you.
If you need to return an item because the error was on our part, please contact us and we will make arrangements with you to ship the product back at our expense.
